Above a city of lights, I stand. Gazing down at the reflection of the empty sky. Yet the reflection is not empty, Rather it is full of beautiful human vice. Vices that ripped the stars out from their home. Here I contemplate, where sky and land meet. Here I listen, to woes of human and nature alike. Here I walk, only to fall into the empty embrace. Where sky and land greet, the winds tell their stories. Woeful whispering, truthful only in lofty dreams and conceited arrogance. Walking on ground as thin as air, takes innocent trust. Yet here I stand falling, For trust evaporated gouges my heart with shards of reality. Brought to a quick stop, the dreams of the lovelorn. Acccelerate into a glass tower. Left now is the stories the wind caught. Hopeful dreams before they fell, a bloody tear. Now broken and bleeding, an injured soul, Whose only permanent companion is the enigmatic wind. Dancing lights in the dark, colours of all the light Fading colors the feature of their being Falling from life, taking on a shroud Illusions causing undeath, both the sweetest and most sour Gentle lights spurred to action by imagination Ferocity embodied, reasonless as a quick flash of red to the eyes These colours, keeping emotion locked behind open doors The only pain they know is the pain they cling to, Imagination and lies, but the fierce whispers say otherwise Thus downward spiral, embrace the pain where you came from Reasonless, but as life goes, irrationality is the answer Why feel these lights when draining could happen? I am dancing on the tree, Nowhere to go, noone to see, Just dancing on the tree, Where i, might be, sitting all alone Everything, a possibility, left to rest, Do you see? What i might be?
